Zoolight Safari

Our local zoo puts up a great light display every Christmas.  Grace and Kate were really excited about lights this year so we were looking forward to taking them.  It was pretty cold but they were both good sports about bundling up.

The lights were great!

And guess who was there... Santa.  Grace was so excited to see him twice in one day!  We stood in a long line waiting to see him but Grace wouldn't budge- she was going to see him...  That's about the time we saw the price for the pictures with Santa.  We really tried to get her out of line at that point but we had already promised.  When it was our turn, the sweet elf must have seen our hesitation because she offered to let Grace sit on Santa's lap with no picture.   Grace jumped right up on his lap and flashed a million dollar smile.  Sweet girl- we didn't push our luck with our camera so no pictures this time.  We did have pictures from earlier in the day :)
