Where is the video camera when you need it?

This might be one of our funniest family moments to date.  We hadn't had time to dye eggs but I didn't want the holiday to pass us by without letting the girls participate in this tradition.  So, Easter night we stripped the girls down and went outside to dye the eggs.
Grace was an old pro at it but Kate, she was a little over eager :)

We thought we could keep Kate busy with the crayon that makes marks on the egg

But once she saw what Grace was doing, she wanted to help

You can see from the picture above that she dropped the eggs in from a distance of about 6 inches above the cup...

And she also didn't understand how many eggs should go into a cup....

Between Kate's throwing of the eggs and stacking them all in the same cup, we all had the best laugh.  Luckily Grace was a good sport about it and also thought it was funny.  Kate was just so excited!
