Grace and I started talking about her car seat and that one day she wouldn't have to sit in one. I told her when she was 4 she would sit in a booster seat. Then when she was 10 she could just sit on the seat. And when she was 16, she could drive...
Grace: "Oh, I can't wait to drive. I will sit in the front and you in the back. I will ask you questions about your day and math questions!"
Me: "Yes Grace, you will be such a big girl"
Grace: "Well Mommy, I will still need help! You will have to put me in my seat and close the door when I drive! I can't reach!" And then she proceeded to giggle to herself like I had lost my mind since I didn't know that....
