Grace's 4th birthday started with a birthday breakfast of a pink sprinkle donut and a fusion yogurt (she's been asking for for weeks- "the flavor explodes in your mouth")
After we dropped off Kate with Gayle and Mac, we were on a way for a birthday date! As is tradition, on your birthday you get a "date" of your choosing with only Jack and me. Grace's request was "something fun we haven't done before." We had to leave town to find something we hadn't done and found ourselves at the Space and Rocket Center. We started with a movie about space which really explained things to G. It was 3D!

We tried to land a space shuttle...we failed miserably....

On the way home we stopped for more treats!
She then finally passed out, about 5 minutes before we got to Gayle's house
When we got to Gayle and Mac's house, they had a great surprise for us- a cake! It was so great since we didn't have time to have one at our house
When we got home, Kate was excited to give Grace her birthday gifts, especially the new red tutu!
