Lions, Tigers and Butterflies,- Oh My!

While at Callaway Gardens, we took in some of the exhibits. We first went to the butterfly garden which we thought Grace would love. We were wrong. She was very scared of the little butterflies flying around. Everyone took turns holding her... Look for posts soon from zoo class- we are going back if little butterflies scare Grace, we need to be around more animals to get used to them.Uncle Craig found some fish to feed and she did start to warm up a little.Kate tried out our new wrap and loved it! Jack was a good carrier despite Craig's heckling- he'll be wearing one soon....
The butterfly movie was more Grace's speed- she made us all sit and watch it. She did ask for popcorn...
After the butterfly exhibit, Grace hopped in the new double stroller and we headed to the bird show. This of course terrified her but she did pop her head up a few times to see the birds. Honestly, the show was really neat with the birds flying around our heads but it was a little scary for the rest of us too. The show was cut a little short because of a wild hawk in the area and Grace didn't complain. (Do you see the bird in this picture?)
We found another place to feed the fish and Grace loved calling to the fish to "come and get her food."
